Morning sickness

I lived in South Africa a few years prior to 1985 so I had drunk rooibos tea occasionally.
When I was pregnant with my twins in 1993 I had dreadful "morning sickness" (more like all day sickness!) and was unable to keep much down at all, tea and coffee made me especially ill. Eventually I tried rooibos tea and it helped a lot, settled my stomach and enabled me to eat a little too.
Given the lack of safe drugs for pregnant women to help with the nausea, I recommend researchers test this use of rooibos tea as well.
