Chef Mike at The Exchange in Greensboro, NC makes an awesome strawberry gazpacho. It involves fresh strawberries, cucumbers, and sweet Vidalia onions-- and no sugar. The soup is just barely sweet and Mike serves it in a bread bowl. Yum!

I didn't think of extending the concept to other types of fruit and veg. Strawberry sounds lovely!
