I eat bagels every day for breakfast. I buy them once a week from tesco, which are the best bagels in the area. I have been buying in bulk for some years, as soon as i get them home i put them in the freezer. I recently noticed that they say "do not freeze" on the label. I have subsequently checked out other bagels and they say the same. I have eaten thousands of frozen bagels with no noticable problems, so why the hell can't you freeze bagels.
