The continued antics of Neal on the merry pranksters bus can be found in "The Electric Kool Aid Acid Test", by Tom Wolfe. A book it seems I am never destined to own (having owned and lost three copies), I can recommend it as an "On the Road" for the 60's. It follows the band right across the states and back again, one memorable occasion being when they attempted to psychically lure the Beatles to Kesey's home. It didn't work.

Ok, I just read Naked Lunch, next up is the Electric Kool-Aid Acid Tests. And the first thing I do when I get a car is stencil FURTHER on the hood.
