Incidentally, despite aforementioned severe lack of exercise, for some reason I can (occasionally smiley - smiley) do two pull ups. I am not entirely sure why. Some combination of having done a fair bit of climbing in my youth, and being skinny I guess. smiley - erm

Cheers Leo smiley - smiley

How did you get on in your pull up challenge in the end by the way?

I'm not sure I'll be doing much lifting of anything at the moment. I managed to pull a muscle in my ribcage this morning (doing deadlifts) and now I can barely lift a pen smiley - erm
My mild hayfever has now become more serious too. Sneezing is all very well until one pulls a muscle in one's ribcage

After ten it got rather boring. Then I yanked something, had to rest, and never took it up seriously after. Which was ok, because none of my friends could make it to the SEAL challenge day of Fleet Week. smiley - erm
