exercises done in the morning to start a day with an active mind and good mrtabolism if done before sleep never help meditation and soothing music with breathing exercises do help after a light supper consisting only of fruit and milk it can be easily digested

Hi again, FT!

It all sounds very calming and relaxing; but that's one of the CAUSES of OSA, being too relaxed while sleeping!

The 'O' of OSA is for obstruction. This is a physical obstruction of the air passages. No amount of music or light suppers helps, believe me.

The exercise is a worthwhile suggestion, but there are some types of obstruction that aren't mitigated by such efforts, sad to say.
