Is it just me or are there lots of parents/child minders who seem to think that just because they're on the pavement waiting to cross that the buggy infront of them in the gutter is still ON THE ROAD?!?!?!

I see it all the time. These adults who are waiting to cross, standing on the pavement, yet have the child in a buggy sitting on the road. What'd they say if I drive past and clip the front of the thing?

Interesting point, I've seen that too.

What *are* they thinking?

That if they stuff the buggies out far enough someone will be forced to stop. As long as they're not making a call on their mobile at the time and not looking at the road...

Mmmmm...... not sure that I'd stop and wave them on unless they were in the middle of the road or something. Not that I'd hit the buggie, but think they do need to wise up.
