That has the potential to be a laughter riot but i've seen somewhere that Thud is going to be a major dwarves versus trolls book. something about the sides being at war. try checking amazon for details. I know the books supposed to be coming out middle of october though.

I Agree Death is cool he has got better as the books progressed. Pure Class!!!!!(no am not mad) But the librarian is fun and so is Nanny Ogg

The Patrician is good, but he compares not to Rincewind, Twoflower, Death, and Nanny Ogg (the Hedgehog song!!).

I've got to say that my favourite character is the librarian-how can someone be so expressive with such a limited vocabulary?

I am totally in love with Sam Vimes! What a guy, I love the way he deals with assassins.

I have a strong affinity for the witches, esp. Granny Weatherwax, but as Eloisa just mentionned "love"... I must admit I've had a huge crush on Carrot ever since he emerged from his mine...
