Sorry it's taken me a while to spot your question. There is no residential school there any more - it is now a nice little housing estate, but the hall is sill there. Some friends of mine got married there about 16 years ago, and it's lovely.

There are some websites that mention Hutton Poplar School, which is the one I think you are looking for.
