you will need a tape recorder a microphone and some headphones
then get an even number about 6 is best of people and split into pairs each one of the pair then takes oppersits for example one cries one laughs or one hurls abuse the over compliments then everyone dose there thing (laughing/crying ,insults/compliments) at the same time in to the microphone then after you've recorded a fair bit say 10 minutes place the head phones on your head and listen to the tape it is very hard to stand for long and can leave you a bit disoriantated so be careful if you try this
