Well,after it gets pulled up,then the pain comes because it gets pulled causing friction between the cheeks.Then(if they hang u on a pole)your undies are pressing against your privates,and(because your suspended from a pole and have no chance of getting down)you have to deal with the pain untill someone releases you or your undies rip and you fall.So don't ask for one!It hurts!
