I know its hard to do but dont concentate on how much you miss them but reflect on all the fun you had together . I know its hard to do but try. thats what the party after the funrel is for to have a giggle at all the silly things they and you got up to with eachother.
I havent had someone close by die to me but this is what peppole tell me that`s what they whant to happen if they die.
