I've combined two of your suggestions. By not stocking any coffee in the house and getting up a little early, I have to walk 5 blocks up a bit of an incline to a coffee shop. I then walk back down with my *travel mug*, getting some fresh air, a little exercise and some caffeine in the process. The coffee is also much better than I could make myself!
