Kasparovs own chess site is no longer running 
. I stopped visiting it about a year ago and when I came back to chess I found it had gone. Other sites explained why it was no longer being maintained, but I can't remember what the reasons were.
I'm only mentioning this because there is a link to this site within this entry.
ps. this is a good all round explanation of chess, well done. 
pps. The HAL/IBM acronymns were an eye opener (must try to throw them into conversations at every opportunity).
