You forgot that one of the trucks did have a name: a PO wagon owned by S.C.Ruffey, who used to be known colloquially among the engines as Scruffey, before his demise due to Oliver.

I had completely forgotten about him...
Mind you, there are that many characters I don't think it would have been feasible for me to name every single one of them (at least that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it
