Yes - the Line-ups of the Band

6 Conversations

The history of the band Yes is fraught with quitting, joining, rejoining, getting back together, suing, and making up. To this day there have been 15 people in the band since 1968. The band was started in a London club called La Chasse when Jon Anderson met Chris Squire. They decided to start a band, because they both liked Paul Simon and thought it would be nice to have a band with good lyrics and good music. The year was 1968. Jon was a singer and songwriter and Chris was a bassist.
