Bless you, Titania.
My candle is for my grandma, Ella, who passed away on the 8th April, 1985. She is always with me. I miss her so much...*pauses to wipe away the tears* Happy birthday for the 6th September, my love.
My son Daniel, who never had a chance, I never set eyes on you 23 years ago they just whisked you away, I didn't even bury you. I love you still and I will never forget you.
My brother Philip, who died before I was born, I wish I'd known you.
Our mother still cannot speak your name without breaking down, and you would have been 50 years old this year...on the 3rd September...
My Aunt Minnie, I have a photograph of you & your mum at your Christening, you were born in 1913, and you died when you were 5, just before your little sister, my mother was born. I know you've watched us from Heaven...our guardian Angel. Do you know how I have longed to see you, touch you, hug you? How I feel robbed that I never had a maternal Aunt? Of course you know...
For Moira, the midwife who delivered my little brother in 1963, performed an emergency caerserian and saved both their lives; you became my brother's godmother & my mum's best friend, a family friend until 1993 when you died; you did not deserve to suffer as you did.
I have friends whom I wish to remember as well, but I will post them late.
*goes to put the kettle on, & mentally hugs the previous visitors*
