400 Grams White strong bread flour.
200 Grams wholemeal bread flour.
poppy seeds.
Sessamae seeds.
Dried Mixed herbs.
Dried oragano.
Fresh herbs.
Black pepper.
2 Teaspoon dried active yeast.
300 to 350 Grams water.
2 tablespoons yogart.
2 tablespoon or more Olive oil.

makes 12 large pitta.
