I don't think it was the lorry driver's fault, though - it was the fault of whoever designed a cab like that, or those eejits that make subcompact cars...how in the world did that car get there in the first place?

I used to drive a subcompact. My relatives made me get a small SUV when I moved out the city.

as the cars tyres weren't shredded off and that for the car to be in that position it couldn't have been hit as such, because the lorry driver would have seen/felt the impact, plus it didn't look dented anywhere

I was wondering that, too, about the car - suspiciously, they just said they were investigting. They also claimed the lorry driver was traumatised.
