I just had to try this post to your message box on the New H2G2.
We have Damnyoureyes working his socks of to get the new site up and running.
For this the researchers must be well and truly grateful.
Transferring the Message Boards to DNA enhanced their functionality however they still fought tooth and nail against the change. Nevertheless the change took place.
The present changeover of h2g2 however seems to be reducing and complicating the functionality of the site. When the site is eventually trimmed to meet the requirements of the BBC will the change take place without fully satisfying the wishes of the majority of researchers ?

Hi Nick - Just checking to see if you are still 'lurking'.
Change over seems to have been made successfully but real reason why the BBC took over h2g2 in the first place remains a mystery.
