I had the weirdest feeling when I read your post about Crystal Pallis... I know a girl called Crystal Palis and was wondering if we are thinking about the same person.

Sorry to reply so tardily, I've just moved house and so have been online barely at all in the last 6 weeks.
Yes, I know Gympie - it's in Queensland, north of Brisbane and more or less directly inland from Noosa. It's a large country town / smallish city. Nice enough, but I'm more a city boy. 
The Crystal I know is from Sydney and would now be about 35, so if that matches the one you know then she's probably the same lass.
