I note that the link to the entry on E numbers has been removed, which is fine, as it is isn't in EG (yet). However the text used in the link has also been excised, and I think should remain in the entry ie
"...the 'E' followed by a three figure number in the list of ingredients (the infamous 'E'number)..." to define what the other E is.

Other than that no problem with your subbing. Good link to chocolate - why didn't I think of that?
