Dentist has fobbed me off for another 3 weeks because she is "going on holiday" and "can't fit me in before them". Spooky, really. I don't think she's a dentist at all anymore. Think I'll report her to the fraud office!

Hmm, any chance of seeing a different dentist? 
I've not been to the dentists for years, I should probably reregister with one, soon Read your page of sandwich suggestions, I guess the eating whilst being drunk, helps with teh pain of the tooth 
well, as its friday tonight, I think I'll pop out and drink a gallon of then try one of the sandwiches
