I'm not entirely sure this was ready to be subbed, but...you've added some footnotes and it looks very good to me

I spoke to Tav about the pic, I'll try and sort sumat out fairly soon

Do we need another footnote about what a Boss is? Not sure, probably, but can't think at the mo.
