Make a living donating sperm

You can't in Britain. The HFEA, created in 1990 to regulate fertility treatments, set a maximum payment of 15 pounds per donation. Men are restricted to two donations a week and no one is permitted to father more than 10 children. As donor insemination has a success rate of approximatly 10%, the average man will only be able to donate around 100 times.
For research purposes, only a twice-weekly restriction holds and some men donate regularly for up to two years.
In America however, there are almost no restrictions and men can charge what they like, but the American system lacks in screening, meaning a larger chance of the transmission of HIV or dodgy genes.
