Ocean Colour Scene

Ocean Colour Scene are one of the Uk's most successful Britpop/Indie bands of the 90's. Their style is often linked to the sounds of The Small Faces, The Beatles and The Who. This has lead to continual criticism from the press but has also gained them a huge following. Their songs often contain heavy guitar based riffs, but album tracks and b-sides have shown them to have a softer side to their music. SO far four albums have been released and a new one is expected in the Autumn of 1999. The band are: Simon Fowler (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Steve Cradock (lead guitar, piano, backing vocals), Damon Minchella (bass) and Oscar Harrison (drums).
