The h2g2 Poem

This is a series of poems dealing with the recent Tsunami in
the Indian Ocean. Each is linked to the next in the series.

Awakening

She has gone to the sea

She has gone to the sea

Shapeless foam

The sea has set her free

Like a fish in the ocean

So vast a freedom

Tectonic shifts

In our ravaged kingdom

But who was the king

That man became

Nature dethrones fools

In a few seconds game

So what will you predict

With satellite pictures?

First be a man

Before your body politic lectures.
