A delicious plate of Boiled Ram's Bladder

  • Wren's Livers
  • Wolf Nipple Chips
  • Deep-fried Otter's Bladders
  • Sauteed Rabbit Colon
  • Steamed Goujon of Ferret Pancreas
  • Lark's Tongues
  • Ocelot's Spleens
  • Badger Earlobes
  • Garlic and Herb stuffed Sparrows Eyelids
  • Crispy Sea Urchin in Candied Goat-Utter Sauce (with dipping bread)
  • Orangutan Tonsil with Boiled Ram's Bladder
  • Steamed Nose of Tapir with Almonds
  • Organic Brown bread, lightly toasted spread with fresh strawberry jam with sprinkled grated Meerkat liver.
  • Glass of freshly squeezed(seedless)Hamster and an omelette delicately flavoured with parsley, mild cheddar and parmesan cheeses and mushrooms gently blanched in pureed Lemming.
