Fluid Intelligence
Fluid intelligence involves things like reaction times, quick thinking, reasoning, approaching new problems. This ability seems to decrease with age. It is related to, and might be identical to placticity. It apears to be the openness to learning new things. This is contrasted with crystalline intelligence
Interestingly, almost all of the dot com millionaires are very open to new ideas, even at an age when most people are not.
