Hello all!
Well, it looks as though my Bellairs article has transformed into an edited guide entry. I'm considering retiring at this point as I don't want this fame and fortune to go to my head. However, seeing how I'm right in the middle of doing more exciting research on John Bellairs, I hope to uncover enough information to expand on this article at a later date. His life and work really do deserve a fuller treatment. I would like to ask anyone out there who reads this, if they have any information they could pass on to me about JB, I would greatly appreciate it. I can be reached at:
If you haven't already discovered the wonderful Compleat Bellairs site, I urge you to do so. Don't waste your time here.
For anyone intersted in a research oriented site exploring the life and works of John Bellairs, you might like to check this one out as well.
Allow me to leave you with a quote from Emerson Eells (one of Bellairs's characters):
"If children spent more time learning obscure facts and less time watching television, the world would be a better place."
Much more to follow...I hope.
