About me.
Well where do you start to describe yourself and avoid sounding a complete nerd? I'm in my mid forties chronologically speaking but I'm 21 when it comes to thought processes. What the heck does that mean? Well I don't feel 51. I work in a bank....no stay with me....come back!!! I crew on a large passenger carrying hot air balloon....now you're interested!!
I have a caravan....nuts, lost you again and I was doing so well. I've put this PC together myself from spares my son doesn't want 
(oops, sounding nerdy again, this is difficult).
Why am I here (on this site not the deeper "meaning of life" type question)?
I am a devotee of Hitchikers and all related to it. Having listened to the BBC broadcasts over and over on tapes for the last 15 years, read the books over and over, I find myself quoting stuff in everyday situations. "But you like perfumed air, it's fresh and invigorating", that sort of thing. I even have 42 as a lottery number!!
So, still with me?
In summary I'm a 51 year old banker who hot air balloons, caravans, bird watches, plays 5-a-side and loves all things H2G2.
Maybe I'll look for something useful to contribute now.....share and enjoy.
