My name is Chris Federico. I was made a Field Researcher for the Earth version of the Guide on May 2, 1999. I was based in Albuquerque, New Mexico when I first submitted entries, but it was necessary to move my research to Buffalo, New York for a fresh perspective regarding my Guide work. I play the drums for a rock band. I write songs and record all of their parts on a 4-track recorder, after which I sell them in local stores. I write novels, computer programs and websites, two of which concern, respectively, Frank Zappa and old video games. I publish a newsletter that gets sent around the world (again about old video games, but also about programming).
