Water ice does have bones.

Be careful when eating a water ice.
Some have only an exoskeleton in their larvae stadium. But most still need the skeleton if they are ready to be consumed.
Water ice can not be molded if fullgrown, that must be because it has bones.
By byting a water ice you can break its bones, take care not to swallow the bone or spill the remaining ice on it.
Water ice can also be consumed in a grained form, this is done by stirring the larvae just after the first growing phase.
