Miss You

We said good-bye and it wasn't too hard

I cried afterwards for a while, but I didn't dwell on it

Now we've been apart for a week and I know there's little chance of seeing you again

And I miss you

I want to feel your arms around me

To smell you

To kiss you

To lie next to you and do nothing at all, just feel that you're there

To laugh at your jokes

To pretend to be angry when you laugh at mine

To just know you're there

But I'll get through it

I'll meet someone new

I'll do all those things with him

But I'll never forget you

I miss you
