• London Meet-Up
  
  Anyone interested in a Meet-Up of h2g2 researchers on London on Saturday 23^rd November 2002 at the 'Head of Steam' Euston, then take a look at the London Meet-Up page, and put your name down to go.

• Trafford Turnip Meet
  
  The Flat Cap Mob are at it again, we've not got a firm date yet, but at the
  end of November/beginning of December, there'll be another meet. Anyone interested should make there way to the Trafford Turnip Meet page for more details.

• Central US Researchers Group
  
  The planning is in the early stages, and only a possible venue has been decided, in Chicago. If you live around the Central US area and would like to know more details, then check out

Oberon2001 has decided its time that the First ever reseacher do something about their homepage at h2g2. See what its all about, go to A petition for the First Ever Researcher and sign your name.

Alondar asks, 'If any one wants to help me with writing the history for a ficticious country. Basically what I want, is a team of people who can all work together to get anything that needs doing done. Kind of like the knights of the round table, I know it sounds corny, but thats the ethics behind it, a SMALL group of people equal and together capable of anything.'

Sometimes I have trouble figuring out when some of my h2g2 friends
can be expected to be online, since I keep forgetting which time zones they are in, and how
many hours before or behind my zone that is. I plan to make a table listing the timezones
and researchers in each zone - but I need your help!
