Welcome to the homepage of the h2g2 Running Club.


Lots of us here go running, whether we're trying to get fit, just starting out on what we hope will be a new fitness regime, or we might even be seasoned runners whose entire bodies don't feel like they're trying to kill them the following morning.


Distances


Whether it's a gentle jog around the park, 10 minutes on the treadmill, a 5 or 10k run or even a marathon, what distance do you aim for? How often do you aim to do it?
