US diets: cause for medical concern, or merely a competitive sport?
We refuse to say anything else about this photo, which is self-explanatory, though more than mildly appalling. Nobody over at the Baptist church would admit having tried a mac and cheese waffle. Has anyone out there been brave enough to sample one?
