Agliata

Agliata is a kind of spaghetti sauce made of:
- oil
- smashed garlic (a lot)
- chilli
- milk
- parsley
- what you want to add...
first you have to put oil (the olive one) in a pan (two spoons per person) than add the smashed garlic (one or two clove per person) and the chilli; fried them,with low flame, until it'll become browned but not burnt!!So add the milk (more or less 10cc per person) and continue to cook it till it become a sort of creme.
At the end add the parsley.
This is the sauce, meanwhile you have to prepare the pasta,drain it and finally mix them together in the pan.
