How does one change their facial structure and voice in a year without surgery? How can someone lose 50 pounds in less than three months without dieting? Where IS Waldo? For the last question, nobody knows. For the first two, the answer is biokinesis.

What is biokinesis?

Biokinesis is the complete control of one's body. This goes beyond the years of training to control one's breathing and heart rate. Biokinetics can control their own DNA. They can manipulate how they grow, slow down the aging process, and even change their specific features. There is even questionable debate as to whether or not Biokinetics can change their gender.

How does one apply biokinesis in the modern world?

Biokinesis can be used to alter your body. Things like speeding up or slowing down your metabolism are the most common manifestations of biokinesis, and are quite easy to develop through focus, training, and meditation. It is also quite simple to learn to control your heart rate and breathing through concious effort, but it takes a long amount of time.

Biokinesis would be invaluable for long-term intelligence gathering and hiding. Within a year, a strong biokinetic can change his or her voice, eye color, and body structure completely naturally. This may lead to problems at family reunions, but eluding a government would be a virtual non-problem.

How easy is it to develop biokinesis?

Biokinesis is the easiest of all psychic powers to develop. Most people do not even realize exactly how much control they really have over their bodies. With training and meditation, even the most ditzy individuals can attain a great degree of control over their metabolism and autonomous functions.

The first thing a biokinetic-bound individual must do is learn to meditate properly. This does not mean sitting in an awkward position while burning a pound of incense, but rather how to zero in one's mind to a perfectly balanced state. The mind must be emptied of all active thoughts, and the body must be relaxed thoroughly. Often, this is easiest to do after a long bath and restraining from eating for two to three hours beforehand. Once this state is attained, focus exclusively on your breathing. Breathe deeply in and out in an even pace. If a thought enters your mind, let it exit just as swiftly. If the thought lingers, then it is something that needs to be worked out before you attempt to meditate again. Learning to meditate takes far longer than one session. In most cases, it would take months of daily meditation to maintain the empty state for longer than several minutes. While meditating, try to slow your heart and breathing as slow as you can while not allowing either to stop. If you allow either to stop, please seek medical help, as there is more than likely something that focusing cannot fix alone at fault here.

Learning to meditate is the beginning, and it teaches you to control your body and slow down. Using the same process, you can speed yourself up a bit. After mastering that, it's up to you to experiment and learn what you're capable of.
