Bluebottle Visits the Ghost Cemetery

Here's a picture of a sign I spotted in a cemetery just north of Basingstoke Station. Presumably it is where ghosts are buried. Or maybe it was the Holy Ghost cemetery but time (or possibly vandals) have damaged the 'Holy'’? If so, is nothing sacred?
Had I stuck out my thumb and some green, spectral monster stuck his head out and said "Hi, fella, hop in, I can take you as far as the Basingstoke roundabout"?
A wooded, brick entrance to the Holy Ghost Cemetery, with turreted building in the background.
