The h2g2 Poem

1 Conversation

Gimbled Gyre

You may find your memory,

in the world of dreams.

where there are whispers, screams.

Look in those nursery rhymes,

that scarred your childhood away.

Let the clock tick backward,

until nothing is black or grey.

There's a colour I see,

let it be my blue.

There's a colour I know,

what your sister drew.

There's a colour that fades,

like the lonely Jack of Spades.

(for Alice ~ lost in Wonderland)
