  • Scottish xMas Extravaganza Glasgow 2001

S.M.E.G. 2001, aka smiley - sheep is being held on Saturday 24th November in Glasgow.

    Details can be found here.

Naturally, everyone is invited. There are 20 people signed up already, so the more the merrier.

Events have not been finalised as yet, but the suggestions are coming in and the page is updated regularly.

  • Australian Meet: Melbourne.

Yet another upcoming event is the Melbourne mini-meet which is due to take place in the Public Bar of Young and Jacksons hotel starting at 7pm on 3rd December 2001

Apparently this well-known watering hole can be found, more-or-less, by following these directions:

    Go to Flinders St Station.

Stand on the front steps under the clocks.

    Look across the road.

No, not at the concrete horror - left a bit.

Left a bit more from the cathedral.

If you are uncertain of exactly where Flinders Street Station is try using Loonytunes description!
'The one that's painted a tasteful puke yellow.'

No official page appears to have been set up for this meeting of the Aussies and a Kiwi, but you can keep an eye on them in This forum.

If you'd like to attend please RSVP on the party page, which you'll find here.
